Once we receive the information from you, we will create your banner and send you proof(s) of your customized banner by email as soon as we can. Please note that basically we do not print out custom ordered banners until approved by buyers. Please keep in touch with us by email until your order is done completely. If you do not receive any email regarding your order, please go to Buyer/Seller Messages in your Amazon account and check out the messages.
