From the New England Village Series, a collection by Department 56, portraying a simpler time when America was beginning its great traditions. Historical Post Office buildings dot the New England countryside, many of which date back to colonial times. Our Village is based in the 1800’s, and the telegraph is a new means of communication, giving additional purpose to the post office building.
